These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PartsTrack, operated by PartsTrack ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
PartsTrack is an inventory management and listing platform designed for automotive parts sellers. We provide tools to create, manage, and publish listings across online marketplaces, along with AI-powered features, supplier management, and marketing tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
PartsTrack offers the following plans:
Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
When you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Pro+), you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis — either monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you selected. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe (stripe.com). We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the Free plan. You will be notified by email of any payment issues.
Invoices for all payments are available through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your Account > Billing page.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts, and no questions asked.
To cancel, go to My Account > Billing > Manage Subscription and click "Cancel plan" in the Stripe portal. Alternatively, you can contact us at the email address below.

Each plan includes a set number of credits (listing credits, AI credits, background removal credits). Credits are allocated when your subscription begins or renews. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, descriptions, listings). We do not claim ownership of your data. We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve our service.
PartsTrack integrates with third-party services including eBay, Stripe, and AI providers. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We strive to keep PartsTrack available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartsTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify existing users of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
